Pierre Levy and Twitter: Collective Dialogue & Collective Art
Capturing the Capital project we just carried out was a great example for what Pierre Lèvy describes as "collective dialogue." Such a dialogue in a cyberspace adds another dimension to the whole art process by adding the interaction element. The continuity is another element Lévy talks about in his article, which is vital in collective artworks. From an artist's perspective, continuous interaction does something more than empathy: it allows you to exchange positions. This access to other roles is probably one of the attractions interactive art has to offer to its "viewers."
